MyLockTimer Privacy Policy

MyLockTimer starts a timer from a preset with one tap and shows the countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. No account is required. The app has no networking, so every feature works without an internet connection.

Personal information we collect

None. This app collects no personal information whatsoever. It does not obtain your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data. It never asks you to create an account or sign in.

What is stored on your device

The following is stored only on your iPhone. No one, including the developer, can see it.

• For each preset you keep: its name, duration, color, position in the list, and the time it was created.
• For each timer that is running, paused, or finished: its name, color, length, and when it ends or how much time is left.
• Your display language preference.

You can delete any preset and stop or close any timer from within the app.

How the app uses notifications and the Lock Screen

• Notification permission is requested the first time you start a timer. It is used only for a local alert on your iPhone when a timer finishes. The alert shows the timer's name. No push notification server is used.
• The timer and Lock Screen display keep working if you do not allow notifications.
• Running timers are shown as Live Activities on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. They show each timer's name and the time left, and can be seen without unlocking the device. You can turn Live Activities off for this app in the Settings app.

Data transmission and tracking

• No data is transmitted to external servers.
• The app does not use analytics or tracking technologies.
• The app does not use iCloud sync.
• Deleting the app removes all data it has stored on the device.
